BLENDER PANCAKES
So this is a little extension to the 3-ingredient banana pancakes (banana, oats and egg) you may have come across. Sharing my version which is also as easy peasy but tastes sooo much yummier and no extra time! These are also the pancakes on my previous “Yoghurt Butter Board” reel ☺️
.
Makes 6 baby pancakes
✨Ingredients
- 1 banana, preferably overripe
- 150g oats @quaker
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 50ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Knob of butter or @frylighthq
.
✨Method
On medium to low heat, heat oil or butter in a frying, add all ingredients into a blender (I used @nutribulletuk) and blend for appox 10 seconds, make baby pancakes by pouring little batter into pan, cook for roughly 1 minute and flip (until bubbles begin to form), cook for a further minute other side.
Serve with Greek yoghurt and fruit
