.

First tell me if you’re a sucker for banana bread? 🤤 These bliss balls are delicious and tick all my boxes for a busy week ahead. I’ve stashed some in the freezer for next week too as we ate them all at once I had to make another batch! Healthy, easy and perfect for on-the-go these can be enjoyed by everyone in the family.

.

Makes1 10-12 balls

🍌 Ingredients

- 1 medium overripe banana

- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

- 2 tbsp ground almonds

- 1 tsp cinnamon powder

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 tbsp chia seeds

- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (or pecans)

🍌 Method

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, except for walnuts. Pulse until a semi-smooth, course dough forms. Scrape down the sides, if necessary. Add the walnuts and mix (process to chop the walnuts further). Using a tablespoon, scoop the dough out. Roll into balls - to make rolling easier you can add a little coconut oil to your palms.
