Just a little note...
When you have your baby you need to heal and eat well, you often don’t have the energy and usually sleep deprivation will make you feel quite emotional. Before you know it you're already reading up and preparing for your little one to start eating.
We know how overwhelming it can be when you have to start thinking about introducing your baby to the big world of food and all the conflicting information out there.
So with that in mind, we have created these packages to ensure we support you through two very important and sensitive stages, where things can feel very overwhelming - when you have your baby and when your baby starts solids.
Alongside all the online resources you receive to support you through the next life-changing few months, we will also offer a consultation to check in and guide you with whatever you may need.
The structure of the consultation support is flexible giving you a confidence boost, some reassurance and also giving you the opportunity to get any of your worries and queries about your postnatal or child’s weaning journey answered. Most importantly making you feel at ease and ensuring you and your baby build a positive relationship with food.
Our 1-2-1 Consultations run weekly and can help you troubleshoot any problems that arise around post-natal nutrition, cooking, weaning and feeding yourself and your little ones. These can be done within the comfort of your own home either through phonecall/videocalls (WhatsApp, Zoom or FaceTime) so I can see or speak to you wherever you are in the world. In-home consultations and packages are also available.
Each session is personalised to what you need and what will help you most.
Ahead of our meeting you will be asked to fill in a questionnaire which will be fully analysed ahead of your appointment. This will enable me to gather all the necessary information I will need to ensure we build a plan together that works for you and your child and also fits in with your everyday life.
For some weaning consultations we may request that you record part or all of a mealtime for me to review. The power of observation is very useful in further understanding your situation and potential challenges.
