Inspired by @beckyexcell who shared a recipe on how to make homemade turkey dinosaurs and they looked fab!! I thought I would recreate these into turkey Christmas trees.

- 500g turkey mince

- 1 egg

- Seasoning - paprika, mixed herbs, garlic granules, salt and pepper

- 50g cornflour

- 2 eggs

- 150g breadcrumbs / ground almonds

In a bowl combine turkey mince with egg and seasoning. Mix well and place on large sheet of grease proof paper that you can fold over the mince. On a flat surface and using a rolling pin roll out to 1.5cm thickness. Place in the freezer for approximately 30-40mins, remove and allow to soften slightly. Cut out Christmas tree shapes/any you prefer. Dip in cornflour, egg and breadcrumbs. Spray little oil and cook.

Cook these by:

🔸Airfryer - 8-10mins at 180C

🔸Oven - 15-20 mins at 180C

🔸Frying - pan fry on medium to low heat, with oil until golden brown on each side.

Enjoy and let me know if you’re gna give these a go in the comments below ⬇️
