QUINOA BARK

✨The first time I made this as a “chilli and cheese bark” but the last few times I’ve added broccoli which makes this a nourishing snack or easy meal idea for everyone - that tastes delicious but also ideal for BLW.

🥦 Ingredients:

- 5 broccoli florets 

- 2 cups cooked quinoa 

- 1 cup grated cheddar 

- 2 eggs 

- 2 tsp olive/rapeseed oil

- 2 tsp dried mixed herbs 

- 1 tsp paprika 

- 1 tsp garlic powder 

- 1 tsp baking powder

🥦Method:

Preheat oven to 190C, line a baking tray. Blitz broccoli in a food processor, add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Pour mixture onto lined baking tray and flatten evenly, approx 1 cm thickness. Bake for 15mins until slightly golden. Leave aside to cool, cut into slices/strips and enjoy.
